At PrimeZoid we have a 30-day Hassle-Free Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your bag to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your bag must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via our Contact Us Form. A Refund will be issued once the items have been received and inspected by our team and will get back to you via email.
Any order placed not through our site unfortunately we cannot refund your order.

Damages and issues
In the rare event that you receive your bag defective, damaged or the wrong color, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the right bag you want is to return it, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
